  I spent 3 Nights, 4 Days at the Premier Inn Norwich East Hotel while attending my churches family Catalyst Festival at Norfolk Showground. The room was so spacious. Did have an issue with the shower not producing all the water from the holes. Mentioned to Staff who said they'd look at it on the day. Never did. Rooms dont air con. Rooms were like 27.5 degrees in them. Did have a fan but didn't see it till my last evening. Bed was comfortable. Great to have a proper All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast and having their own restaurant attached. Great morning and evening staff, even got to have a jug of iced water for my room. Completely free. Used the Ultamate WIFI experience. Tried it with gaming/using my laptop not the best. Better coverage with my phones 5G.

  I can not fault the staff on the resturant, friendly non stop working and helpful. Food decent quailty. But the night staff is a different story. Turned up at 2100 after working sense 4am. When i head the buzzer button the pager for that staff member left it on the desk. So no one is alerted. I was waiting for 20 mins and found out someone waited 45mins before the lady came. It causes bad customer service and a saftey risk. If it was an emergancy it would be to late. A lady could of came cause she.was been chased, someone having a heart attack, etc It is not acceptable and ruined the experience of getting into bed and having a sleep before my next start the following day. That is why 3 stars as the resturant team was brillant but the night staff shameful. Didnt even get an apology.

  Exactly what you expect from a Premier inn. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. As well as the Premier in restaurant there was a hungry horse amd Costa just over the road.

  Very pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was during my stay! Also a shoutout to one of the lovely ladies from housekeeping I met, Toni Moore - who was really friendly and approachable, she’s a real credit to the team!! The breakfast was lovely too :)

  I had no problems with my stay at the hotel itself. The problem arose over a month later when I received a letter in the post demanding an £85 parking charge be paid (double the price of even the booking itself). This despite the hotel advertising free parking. Apparently upon arrival I was supposed to see a sign in the car park and read the fine print (at 11pm when it was pitch black, and after driving 7 hours), then proceed to register my car at reception (there was nobody in reception, I checked in through a machine). Absolutely disgusting predatory practices. This is the last time I'll be staying at a Premier Inn.
