  Las habitaciones viejas y no está en muy buenas condiciones, limpieza igual no se ve muy limpio. Además de ser habitaciones demasiado pequeñas. Éramos 2 personas en 1 habitación, con las 2 maletas no podíamos caminar libremente por la habitación.

  Monday 7th september stay. Have used holiday inns for over 30 years. This has to be the worst 3* hotel that I have ever encountered. I rarely do these posts. The hotel was very dated, tired and need of a full refurb. Our room desperately needed a new carpet. Finally ...the traffic noise from the motorway was 24hrs a day. The room needs to have triple glazing to reduce the traffic noise.

  I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family on first weekend in September, in Room 004. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several maintenance issues that I reported to the hotel from the very beginning of our stay. The bathroom/toilet door could not be properly closed because it was catching on the surrounding frame. I also reported that the toilet seat was very loose and did not feel secure when sitting on it. In addition, the bathroom extractor fan was not working, which resulted in a significant amount of steam and moisture after using the shower. The flush was also not functioning properly and had to be held down with a finger to work. Furthermore, there was visible water leaking from the shower area towards the toilet area. Despite reporting all of these issues, unfortunately, nothing was done during our two-night stay. Our room was not changed, and no member of the maintenance team came to inspect or repair the problems. I understand that maintenance availability may be more limited during weekends, but this should not mean that significant problems reported by guests are simply left unresolved. In particular, having a bathroom door that could not be closed properly was extremely inconvenient and annoying for us as a family, as it affected our privacy and comfort throughout our stay. I am sharing this feedback respectfully because I believe the hotel management must take these issues seriously and ensure that rooms are properly checked and maintained before guests arrive. I would otherwise have expected a much better standard of service and attention to guest comfort.

  Well located for the motorway the hotel has plenty of parking, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is great quality and the room was clean. We used it as a base to go to Edinburgh and Glasgow for a couple of days it worked out well.

  Exterior looks really tired so was feeling a bit apprehensive, but the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Our room was really good - clean and nothing not working. Slightly under powered shower in the morning and the hot breakfast buffet was fine but limited. I’m possibly slightly prejudiced because I spotted my pet hate in hotels: a huge dish of scrambled eggs that (while undoubtedly freshly made that morning) had obviously sat in the dish since breakfast had started. I wish hotels in general didn’t murder scrambled eggs by letting it set for 3 or 4 hours. Despite that, a nice stay boosted by the staff.
