Parking available at the side of the hotel, just make sure you go into the correct carpark, the one the right,it was only £8 for the over night stay. Get your ticket validated in the hotel before going to pay.
- SLSander LeuverinkJun 30, 20263.0Hotel is prima gelegen, maar dat is eerlijk gezegd het enige dat ik echt als positief kan benoemen. Het oogt van buitenaf keurig, maar eenmaal binnen is het meer een volwassen hostel. De budget uitstraling druipt er vanaf. De meeste inrichting in zwaar gebruikte of zelfs in uitgeleefde en soms ranzige staat. Persoonlijke irritatie is dat tijdens ons verblijf geen enkele koffiemachine werkte. Het ontbijtbuffet dat matig werd aangevuld, constant de geur van aangebrand eten uit de keuken en zwaar gestrest overkomende medewerkers was niet leuk om te zien. Het is niet dat alle medewerkers onvriendelijk waren, maar de meeste die we zagen waren ronduit ongeïnteresseerd en kwamen als niet betrokken over. Je vraagt iets en krijg eigenlijk geen antwoord, in onze situatie was dat heel vervelend en voel je je niet geholpen. Wegens omstandigheden moesten we een nacht bijboeken, maar zonder noodzaak hadden we dat zeker niet gedaan. Wij hadden via de Premier inn site geboekt en betaalden 172 pond per nacht en ruim 11 pond voor een ontbijt. 172 is veel te veel geld voor dit hotel en voor 11 pond per persoon kan je beter 100 meter lopen en bij Greggs een ontbijtje halen. Aangezien dit hotel onder een grotere organisatie of keten valt denk ik niet dat deze review veel zal veranderen, maar ik wil het voor geïnteresseerden wel graag delen.

One tip is, to the lady on desk as we left, it takes very little effort to say 'thank you for staying with us, how was your stay, look forward to you staying with us again' etc etc as opposed to nothing said. Overall a very good hotel in good location.
