- KEKeith Elliott6 days ago2.0I usually love staying here. Everything was great on arrival and until 6am. Unfortunately that's where everything went wrong. I often don't sleep well but I was sound asleep when I thought someone was hammering on my door. I jumped up and was disorientated but no one was there. It became evident that it was actual hammering! Then the drilling started. I was really shaken. This noise continued until I left. But it got worse! By 9am, normal housework started in the hotel. I was in room 204. There was a store next to my room and every 5mins there was a crash and bang of the store door. Every 5mins without fail CRASH BANG! No attempt to close the door quietly and no consideration shown to me or other guests who may have been about. Totally horrified by my stay!
- SBStuart BentleyOct 8, 20265.0Excellent place to stay when in Belfast. It's on the quieter side and just a stones throw from the Titanic museum. The staff were amazing especially Ruth, Shona,Iain and Adam. The food was cooked to perfection from evening meal to full english breakfast. We will return.
- CGCP GormleySep 29, 20265.0Staff are friendly and accommodating
- RLRichard LloydSep 27, 20264.0The usual service levels and rooms that we have come to expect from a Premier Inn.
- AVAloe VeraSep 3, 20261.0Stayed here with a friend and the service was terrible from start to finish, no one was at reception and reception wasn’t very clean, rubbish was left around all day. Service very slow, had to wait 30 minutes for a towel, bad attitude when answering the phone, dirty mouldy curtains, the bed uncomfy, slept terribly. Don’t bother complaining to customer service either as they were no help either, just replied with a bunch of word salad. I truly would never ever attend here again and I’d seriously advise others not to either.
