She actually told me, a paying guest, 'Not to be cheeky' when she got my bar order wrong, served someone else before I had completed my order and could not even apologise that the beer pump was not working properly. SERVICE?
- JGjeannie GlennJun 11, 20265.0Customer service here is awesome. Had to cancel due to rioting in Belfast. They did it with no hesitation and full refund. Hoilday inn was a nightmare to cancel and manager was actually an obnoxious jobs worth. Premier inn far superior!

The ladies on the front desk were very welcoming and the breakfast was great ,plenty of choice for all .Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others as quite central to the town .Thankyou I do love the Premier experience 🏆.
