  Amazing location. The most friendliest of staff couldn’t do enough for you. Beds so comfortable and rooms clean. Easy to get from the airport on the bus 4 stops and easy to get into the centre. Would deffo recommend

  Staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us from the time we arrived to when we left. Rooms were spotless we will be returning here without a doubt. First time in Belfast but certainly not the last. Thanks everyone love the girls from Liverpool x

  Excellent hotel and outstanding customer service! We had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn Belfast City Alfred Street. We arrived very early, at around 7:30 AM, well before the normal check-in time. We had requested an early check-in for one room, which was expected to be available around 11:00 AM. However, when the staff saw that we were travelling with my mother in a wheelchair and my 4-year-old daughter, they went above and beyond and kindly gave us both rooms immediately at around 7:30 AM. This was incredibly thoughtful and made such a huge difference to us after our journey. The staff were understanding, compassionate and extremely helpful. It’s this kind of genuine care and excellent customer service that makes a hotel stand out. A big thank you to the entire team at Premier Inn Belfast City Alfred Street for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. We truly appreciate your kindness and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! ❤️

  Our room was ok couldn,t fault it but spoke to a couple who said there's was filthy, staff are very scarce, first mornings cooked breakfast was cancelled offered continental which consists of cereal, yoghurt, was so looking forward to a cooked breakfast apparently very common occurrence no cooked food, we did receive a refund, 2nd morning cooked option was available and it was lovely no complaints. Overall dont think I would go bk to that particular premier inn public areas were quite dirty and unkempt looking.
