  It was poor, the AC does not work, they did not clean up the room when I hung up the sign telling them to clean the room. Overall poor service.

  Not great experience to be fair paid for early check in which was supposed to be available from 11am made sure I arrived slightly after that told room wasn't ready asked for cot in the room as it was requested at time of booking it also wasn't brought to the room so not great experience also. But the location is fantastic all shops bars an restaurants within short walking distance and might aswell not had a window in room as it looks at a half destroyed building

  Rooms dirty / impossible to get serviced, couldn't check in on time, staff questionable. Full feedback given directly (but no response received) Great location but if you're booking because you know what you'll get with a premier inn you will be mistaken. Plenty of other better options for the same money in the area.

  Room exchanged due to problems with first room But the room we stayed in had very clean linen and towels bathroom toilet needed a little attention as did the room re dust… but that is being picky the beds were super comfortable Tea and coffee in room..no problem asking for a couple more.. the staff were super helpful, nothing to much trouble. But the restaurant was disappointing the food was not hot. It would not be somewhere I would book to eat. Just my opinion I would definitely stay here again So well positioned for the night life and shopping Thank you to all the staff who made our trip so enjoyable 😊

  BLACK MOULD! HEALTH HAZARD! On arriving at the hotel I went to take a shower and turned on the rainfall shower, this was blocked. And then started unblocking itself. What came out of the shower was disgusting. Plugs of black mould that landed on my hair and body. I then noticed the smaller shower head was also rotten with mould. This was reported to reception which said they would clean the shower whilst we went out for dinner. Unfortunately this never happened. I had to remove the small shower head myself and clean in the sink the next morning so we could be clean 🤢🤢🤢 Worse, when this was reported to customer service, it was stated that a remedy (offer of free breakfast) was given. I do not see how a free breakfast fixes a health hazard. We have stayed in Premier Inns all over the UK, this one is tired and worst of all, filthy and hazardous. I would avoid this hotel at all costs Reply to owner- I have already been through customer service and the good night guarantee isn't worth the paper it was written on, the room was not cleaned after the issue was reported but premier inn said that a free breakfast was enough to make up for the black mould?
