  Stay here, also because of the location, right beside the station (but even motorists can enjoy free parking). Good meal and service even if the restaurant was fully booked. Susie was our waiter. We have good expirience with premier inn.

  Susie delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me. Nothing was too much trouble she listened carefully, offered clear solutions, and made the whole experience effortless. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude truly set her apart. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such a warm, welcoming manner, but Susie does it brilliantly. She’s a credit to the team, and her support made a real difference. I left feeling valued, understood, and extremely satisfied. Susie is outstanding at what she does.

  The guys always made a great effort in their work non stop nothing was too much to help. The greeting was welcoming with a smile the restaurant was always full and welcoming The food was great .

  I had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Bangor. The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station, bus services and taxi ranks, making it an ideal base for getting around the area. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from Premier Inn. They are simple, clean, comfortable and functional, with everything you need for a stay. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a toilet brush to the bathroom. What really sets this hotel apart is the team. From the moment I arrived, I received one of the warmest welcomes I have had at any hotel in Northern Ireland. Everyone was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. They were always around if you needed anything, but never intrusive, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The food was another pleasant surprise. The all day dining menu is reasonably priced with good quality meals, and the breakfast offers plenty of choice whether you prefer a full cooked breakfast or something continental. The all you can eat breakfast is particularly good value. Bangor itself is currently going through a lot of redevelopment, so there is not a huge amount happening in the town centre at the moment. However, the hotel is ideally placed for visiting Bangor Castle, Ward Park and the beautiful coastline, all of which are within easy reach. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location, but it is the team who really make it stand out. I would happily stay here again.
