- SWSumaya Wahed3 days ago1.0I booked 3 rooms and paid over £900. Over all the rooms were ok. The accessible room was not as accessible as intended. The door was very heavy there was not enough space for luggage and wheelchair storage and manoeuvre. One of the days a full family had missed their breakfast due to incorrect information in the rooms stating breakfast is served 7am to 11am. Upon request and complaint was offered cereal and fruits. Also sent complaint to general manager regarding this no reply or even acknowledgment of complaint received. Unfortunately the services did not meet expectations and will not be staying again.

Breakfast was amazing and the lady who managed breakfast was lovely. The room size was amazing and good quality. Big shout out to Luka who is an amazing staff member and so lovely. Thank you x

Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge, special shoutout goes to Liam the chef, who absolutely spoilt us with an excellent breakfast. And the little surprise left in my room for me as it was my Birthday. On top of the amazing hospitality, our room was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return, All the staff make this Hotel
