I've been meaning to write this review for a while - my partner and I are currently unhoused, and we have been placed at this hotel multiple times as temporary accomodation. Firstly, the rooms are fantastic - the beds are comfortable and spacious, the WiFi and TV are both great, and the AC is easy to use. The shower and/or bath (depending on room) are great, with good water pressure and body lotion available as well as standard shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The only thing about the rooms is the toilets sometimes have an issue with the flush but that is all. The location is great, very central, I only marked it down as it seems to be the go-to for drunk 20-somethings because of its proximity to everything, and they tend to shout in the corridors. The staff overall are lovely, although I do have to say there are a couple who are quite rude to us because of our situation, and it is very upsetting to be placed into a certain box just because we are in a bad situation (sadly they still do this after all this time). Off the back of this, however, there are two members of staff I would like to highlight for positive reasons - For context, I am disabled and have to use a stick to get around, or a walker if I am having a particularly bad day. One of the members of the night staff (Jamie) was particularly helpful with anything I needed, and once when a drunk girl kept watching through her peephole for me to go to the lifts (I smoke) and then coming out and crying on me while trying to get me to tell her what my disability was, give her money, and go in to her room. Jamie saw this more than once and came to help me, and ensured I was okay. He is an asset to the hotel. There is another member of the night staff - Jack - who is always happy to help us, no matter the time. There are a couple of other members of staff who are worth mentioning, but sadly I haven't gotten their names. Overall, a great hotel.

The only issue we had here was parking. They say they have limited parking, that would be an understatement. They have maybe 6 stalls total. We had to park off site for significant cost.
