  The location is at the heart of the city centre. This review is long overdue since I have booked for the first time last May 2026. I must admit that they have the top-tier customer service. They are very accomodating and helpful to my queries. It was my first solo trip and their service alleviate my anxiety as a solo traveler. Thank you, IHG! Because of the very satisfactory experience, I am now looking forward to always travel and book hotels with IHG. Highly recommended!

  This hotel should be better maintained for one charging so much. The air conditioning wasn't working in two of five bedrooms in my party. One lift wasn't working. No lifts worked to the ground floor. The swimming costume dryer in the male swimming pool changing rooms didn't work. The staff are lovely but come on management, you can and should do a lot better for a premium hotel. I certainly expect a lot better.

  Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was excellent, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to James on reception for his friendly and professional service. The biggest shout-out has to go to Nina in the Club Lounge. She was absolutely exceptional throughout my stay—warm, attentive, incredibly hardworking, and always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Her service was genuinely outstanding and made the experience so much more enjoyable. A real credit to the hotel. Looking forward to returning.

  Stayed there 27th May the hottest day of the year. Only to find when we got back from a wedding that. The aircon wasn't working. Showing fault. We opened the curtains thinking we could open a window to find there was no opening. As it was very late when we got back to the hotel we thought it was too late to call reception. Just very disappointing. Probably if I do ever bok again, it will be the first thing I ask. I did use the pool, that was nice but tired. Couldn't get the locker to lock in the changing rooms so put my bag on the poolside cupboard. Breakfast was nice and plenty.

  The aircon doesnt work. There are no windows that open. Zero air circulating the room. They didnt warn us beforehand so we could find alternative accommodation. The fridge doesnt work couldn't have some cold water. The room is way too hot. Reception dont give a crap because they have aircon in reception. I spoke to other guests and they dont have aircon either. If you see this and you are due to stay, cancel and go somewhere that doesnt lie to you and doesnt try and kill you with hot air. It would be extremely dangerous for a child to sleep in here. Its like being left in a hot car. Do not stay here.
