  Remember to ask everyday for your room to be cleaned! Make sure there are 2 towels as well. Only 1 person in the whole place, she was a lovely young lady, slim build she would do everything! I never got her name. I would never go back there and the Table Table meals were horrible.

  Only one room with a shower. Noo hand rails to get in or out of the bath... Duvets not in the covers ...looks tired and outdated

  Two stars lost for two reasons. 1, The bed was a double in a room and emperor would not look out of place. A postage stamp of a bed. Feet hanging off the end. 2, No put you up bed or sofa bed. As a room sold as accessible, where one would reasonably expect one or both occupants might need extra bed space, the size of main bed was not up to the job. No single trundle bed in case the second person needed alternate sleep arrangements. Perhaps I should have spoken with someone and ensured it was in place. But I think my feelings and requirements are more than reasonable. I ended sleeping on the floor, not good for a man of nearly 67. I would have expected Premier Inn to have asked for feedback by now. As they have not I decided to post. Especially as having made my feelings known to the receptionist, she said wait for your feedback email and tell them directly. Having used this chain before and the fact they pride themselves on thier beds, it might be wise to revisit their accessibility policy. Ordinary rooms have big enough beds but my wife is not able to climb up onto them. She also needs the usable bathroom.

  Staff were great had a problem with my company payment but was swiftly sorted, good location a nice premier inn

  Well placed for what I was doing. Great staff, friendly and helpful. One guest had a small issue which was fixed so quickly. (To do with their room) Reasonable parking area. Views aren't that good, but location makes up for that.
