  Rooms are dated compared to other Premier Inn's I have stayed in. Room I was given for my first night was damp smelling and to be honest very depressing with tiny windows. Toilet looked awful and the general condition of the room was poor. I wasn't allowed to change rooms on the first night but did the next morning. The second room was cleaner and brighter yet still dated. Breakfast and Dinner in the linked Table Table pub/restraunt was also poor. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

  Perfect base for our Cycling Club for a summer tour of the Norfolk Broads. As per Premier Inn policy, can keep bikes in the rooms. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating of our group booking. Thank you Lyn, Shell and the rest of the team

  The sprawling building is tired. But fortunately, the hosting staff team aren’t. We’ve returned many times. Arriving by train for an overnight stay, it’s one of the nearest hotels to drop your bag, albeit the entrance is reached down steep steps or along a glass-strewn alleyway. By car is covered too, with attached parking. It’s an easy stay. Whether that, or fans before heading to Carrow Road, it can be busy and therefore pricier than you might expect. Book ahead if you can. Some rooms have a riverside view of the domed Victorian station, others the car park. Be prepared for what you’ll encounter outside if you’re back late: this is the chicken shop, nightclub and adult premises end of the city.

  Only posting as i got no feedback from their email. Spent extra here for the early check in and better room but the room we were given was dirty , bed already slept in and cups were all used. The room had not been made up from previous occupants. We were given another room but not much of an apology. Like the room its left a stain with booking premier in again.
