- ARAvalon Rawling4 days ago2.0Room was boiling hot, no air flow from the “safety” window (I get why they’re fixed not to open too wide, but when it stops the room from getting any fresh air it needs rethinking), and the bathroom stank of burning food which is bizarre because it was nowhere near the restaurant. The bed was comfy although the pillow felt like a bag of rocks, and the room was clean. I had an awful night’s sleep and today feel like I’ve been in a boxing ring due to tiredness. It’s probably ok during colder months when you don’t need to breathe.
- LSluke stevens6 days ago1.0Mixed review, Nikki was amazing and so friendly but the rooms are so hot, definitely the worst premier inn I have stayed in regarding the rooms, avoid at all cost £50 would be expensive for this place. We moved to another hotel In the end as there’s no way we would have slept in those sweat box rooms at 30 degrees

The room itself was quite hot, being able to open the windows slightly more wouldve already been helpful but I suppose that's rather a policy/law issue. Will definitely consider to come back in october or february 😊
- BBBenedictJul 19, 20264.0When we arrived at the reception Niki went out of her way to give us a very warm welcome! I had a comfortable sleep too. I really enjoyed the restaurant at this premier inn, I had a very nice meal which I really liked, the food was good quality, the staff were very kind and I had a very nice time watching the football.
- CLChristopher LomasJul 14, 20263.0The rooms are okay, you get what you pay for, but the food was pretty bad. I don't like doing mediocre reviews generally but the Breakfast was pretty limited and wasn't hot , and parts of the dinner menu just weren't available and what did come out was luke warm in parts. Before someone replies with a generic: 'you should've told us so that we could do something about it at the time', I did. Staff on the front desk were helpful and friendly.
