Waited when we arrived at least 15mins plus before anyone came to the desk .There was a bit of confusion when I queried about the bin in the room not being emptied apparently you have to tell the desk if you require this service not something I've experienced before .A lovely young lady offered to come up and empty the bin good service there .

- MBMichelle BarryAug 9, 20262.0Not a great experience. Firstly, there is no on site car park. You will need to park at the nearby multistorey carpark. So you will need to factor in costs for that. The room had no Aircon. We got given a fan which didn't do much. When coming down for breakfast, we waiting for ages for someone to take our name and room number to get breakfast. It looked like the staff member was doing a number of jobs. The only positive is the location. But that's about it sadly.

It was promised to be emailed to me but no invoice was sent. I have since tried to ring the hotel multiple times and if you get past the AI screening, no one at reception picks up the phone. I’m at my wits end but I need the invoice because this is a corporate expense.
- NNNJul 30, 20262.0Good location but the hotel is very tired and my room wasn't very clean. The toilet hadn't been flushed properly and had poo in it. The toilet bowl was completely stained and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. The desk in the room was covered in gunk so hadnt even been wiped. Air conditioning (plus room) worked well. I didnt want to have breakfast there (I questioned what the hygiene would be like!) so went to a nearby restaurant instead
