  Amazing location walking distance to airport. Friendly service. Room cleaning was not up to standard. Dated, dirty, broken.

  We are really happy with our overall experience at Premiere Inn Norwich Airport, the rooms are very cosy and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is very tasty too. I really recommend it.

  It's what you expect from a Premier Inn, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Like a lot of reasonably older places it could use a little TLC here and there (chair back was torn in my room). It's very conveniently located for the airport, on the Cromer road. At the moment there's still the Brewers Fayre pub next door serving breakfast and evening meals to residents only, and there's a Macca's next door. Parking is reasonable at £5.00 a day for hotel guests, register and pay at the machine in reception. Buses are fairly frequent from outside the Tesco next door, into the city centre, or to the coast at Cromer or Sheringham, so you can leave the car and avoid the traffic and parking hassle.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! There is no soundproofing whatsoever. I have barely slept due to the people in the room above me. I have complained to reception twice and to be fair to the lady she has tried to help by going to speak to them. You can literally hear every noise around you. Every footstep in the rooms surrounding you and the corridor. I can hear other toilets flushing and running water also. I know the hotel can’t control the noise other guests make but the soundproofing is non existent so if you have noisy neighbours they will keep you up. When I mentioned this to reception she absolutely agreed that you can hear every noise around you.

  The hotel is dated and the shower in my room doesn't work properly. It keeps going really hot and then Luke warm. I asked a member of staff to get it looked at but she just said see what it's like tomorrow. The food at the brewers fayre is really poor. I ordered a pizza and it was doughy and not cooked properly so I asked the manager if I could have another one made. He went to the kitchen and returned saying the chef said there is no point him doing another one as it would be the same. Premier inn took over the brewers fayre on Tuesday the 08th September 2026 and changed the menu. I went in and thought I'd try the pizza again as it is no longer a frozen pizza and made fresh Well I waited 45 minutes before the waitress came back to me to say they didn't have and ham and would I like something else on my pizza .So I said I would have bacon instead. 20 minutes later my pizza came and I was no better than the last time I ordered one. It was dry and chewy and really not good. I thought I'll get a desert as I didn't eat all the pizza and 15 minutes after ordering my dessert they came and said they didn't have what I'd ordered and would I like something else. I just gave up and left hungry. I don't recommend this premier Inn to anybody or the food, and I certainly won't be staying here again. Premier inn obviously don't care about guests in the hotel and definitely don't care about the rubbish food they serve. If I could give a minus rating I would.
