- KTKay ThompsonSep 29, 20264.0Want to admit that my opinion of a holiday Inn was tertible but i must apologise, our stay was pretty good, staff were attentive, really cared about the cleanliness,dusting & cleaning, our room was dated but was upgraded due to a toilet issue which wasn't the staffs fault but was dealt with straight away upgraded room was lovely. We had a 2 night stay and had breakfast each day which was good, a varied breakfast which I enjoyed. Thank you staff I enjoyed ny stag abd definitely will book a holiday Inn again.

Hammered on our door even though the check out was 12pm (says on booking and website). Made up stories that it was a fake website.. and check out was 11..and later apologised that she was wrong but still made issues and weird sarcy comments like "most guests would use the facilities the day they check in .. not after" - well we wanted to use it and were told we could use the facilities the day of check out too. We've stayed here a few times, but now dont want to come back because of her. She triggered my anxiety. However, Ebony on reception, is a star, thankyou being so kind weve seen you a few times before. The breakfast team were also fab. Room was fine. Corridor smelt like urine with a heater under the carpet to dry (I don't know what)
