  Overall, this was an excellent stay and I'd very happily return. The room was good, and clean to a high standard. The bed was exceptional and we had a great night sleep. Unfortunately the shower was disappointing. A good shower is always something im looking for when staying away from home, and a low powered over the bath shower didnt cut it! The facilities within the hotel were wonderful. A pool, sauna, steam room and gym which were all very well maintained and great to use. Food was also impeccable. Shortly after we had checked in, unfortunately, we had housekeepers walk into our room, who likely saw more than they'd hoped to, and made me feel highly embarrassed and uncomfortable in once quick swoop! Perhaps housekeeping need to be reminded to knock before entering. Overall, a great place to stay!

  Kat at the desk and campbell the bell boy (I think was his name tall guy shaggy hair and slight gap in the front teeth) we're wonderful and did everything they could to fix issues we had with our rooms they deserve a reward for going above and beyond 💜

  It's like home from home sometimes for me Everyone is very welcoming, it's the staff that make this hotel what it is. Not only are they a fantastic asset to the hotel but represent the area in my eyes too. It's great to see the same staff each time I return. If Carlsberg had a hotels these people would first choice as staff. Thank you all very much, Best Wishes A Chara Charlie

  A really good Holiday Inn. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food and service. Breakfast for a buffet was excellent in quality and not dried out. The Ribs for dinner were really good and portion size of good value. I'm always asking for Jams to be individual and not out a shared jar but this is a Holiday inn thing I understand. Parking is really easy here which I appreciate coming in late at times. Thank you

  We spent 1 night for sake of location as visiting family. Our visit did not start off well as we ended up going into airport car park instead of hotel; partly due to SatNav and partly due to poor hotel signs. Perhaps a mention of forewarning other Guests on your site would be helpful; been told other people get caught out too! Room wise the first room was awful with no aircon and bathroom sink backing up. This was very soon put right by switching our rooms and without hesitation. THANK YOU KERRY; it was much appreciated Room was meant to be an Executive Room but in all honesty, aside from a different type of coffee and coffee machine plus toiletries, the room was no different in appearance; tired looking and quite surprising for a hotel of such a consortium. Staff were very polite. So all being said we may stay again as we visit Norwich often but only if our first choice is not available.
