Pros: Every member of staff I interacted with from reception to the bar to breakfast was friendly, professional and helpful Room was clean Breakfast was good quality with a good range of choices I requested a room with a view of the stadium which was fun Cons: Location for Norwich centre is a bit of a walk to the parts you probably want to visit as the hotel is on the outskirts, but convenient for the stadium and train station Interior feels a little dated and in need of a refresh but well maintained A minor gripe but while the beds were comfortable the pillows were a bit poor Given the size of the room I felt it was a bit odd that there was no refrigerator
- SWSteve WhittleJun 8, 20265.0Having used the Premier Inn a number of times in the city, which is looking very tired, we thought try this. Room was twin bed overlooking the pitch. Bed comfortable, good shower and clean. So happy with room. Restaurant used for breakfast was very good. Decor not tired like Premier, good service. Only complaint would be the usual scrambled egg which comes out of a packet. But everything else, very good. Location, nice in terms of near the river, so nice to walk along into town but if you have intentions of being within the town, for shopping and entertainment, then it's a good 25 mins walk involving steps. Not unpleasant at all just need to factor in. All in all, very happy and recommend.

- KFKerry FreemanMay 29, 20263.0Room was nice and clean. And the view of the stadium from our window was amazing. Only let downs were, it was way too hot in our room. The aircon isn’t great. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We had such a bad sleep. Then the workers in the stadium will start the machinery at 7am which I know is not the hotels fault but after such a bad nights sleep it is the last thing we needed.

The room was perfect, very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The view overlooking the best football club in the world,, made it even better. The hotel also feels much quieter and more secluded compared to the busy streets of Norwich, which made it really relaxing. It’s also very close to Morrisons which is really handy if you need food or supplies during your stay. Would definitely stay here again.
