    Did not stay here, but went to restaurant as in-laws were staying here. Good really good and exceptional service from James. Edit, 17th August. Returned for breakfast. Very busy, but staff working so hard. The lady (didn't catch her name) was noticeably going above and beyond. Thank you!

    Not enough words can describe how much of a fantastic stay I had. These are the things which made my stay enjoyable: 1) clean hotel 2) decor in good condition 3) well signed posted fire escapes 4) comfortable bed 5) amazing shower 6) good amounts of sockets 7) air conditioned rooms, a very welcome feature in this heatwave 8) very good choice of breakfast. I like the hygiene that was encouraged 9) very, very attentive, proactive, helpful and friendly staff. A good example is I'd ordered dinner at the same time as my friend, their's came first but mine took time. Before a I had even thought to query about my order, a member of staff came over to apology for the delay and offered a complimentary drink.

    You know what - it just works here. Easy access on the edge of Norwich. Free parking. Staff really attentive at reception and in the restaurant. Wonderful breakfasts while we were there - try the pancakes - with excellent summer berries, cereals and yoghurts. On the downside, the bathroom was a bit tight for space but everything worked.

    We joined there members thing. We were told you get special rates. Don't bother, it cost us so much more then when we booked on booking.com. We asked the receptionist who didn't look very happy why this was she said it was a mobile price. So book on booking.com don't do it directly it so much cheaper. To get anything on the rewards points you have to get thousands of points. So you have to book directly which cost more. So don't be fooled into it
