The room is so hot that it is impossible to sleep. They put in two fans, which do not help, and I asked for a room change, but they did not allow it, under the excuse that they do not have one available. It is a disgrace that they rent out rooms that are not fit for use, and it is not just one room—four of us friends got such rooms, and there is even talk around the hotel that there is no air conditioning cooling the rooms 😤🙈😤🙈🤔🤔🤔🤔🤐🤐🤐🤐

Staff brilliant, friendly and helpful. The management should be praised for this. Location right next to an Asda but you wouldn't know it. Very convenient for city centre and elsewhere in Norfolk. Food and drinks good. Basically this is a very good stop to be trusted and we'd definitely use it again. Deserves more star ratings than it seems to have.

Clean and efficient. Disappointing the kitchen was part closed one evening so only pizzas and chips available.

Avoid at all cost! I’ve stayed at dozens of holiday inns and this one is by far the worst, I had the staff member on the front desk check me in and they entered my car reg in the tablet at the desk for me. Only they had entered the wrong amount of days in. This should be a simple fix from management but skip forward 12 months and 3 appeals and I have paid £120 to a car parking company for a 3 night stay in a car park which is supposed to be free with the stay. Avoid if you value your money!
Edit - Just in case anyone’s wondering what was done by management to resolve the issue, the price was reduce from £320 to £120 which I’ve had to pay to avoid debt collectors, for parking in a car park of the hotel I was staying in and staff incorrectly entered my details. Cheers Darren!
Originally they were going to clear the charges as it was an obvious mistake but they were unable to do this due to their predatory money making contract with parking eye.
