  I came in to sealife this afternoon about 2.40 i ask for two adult ticket the girl at the counter was very rude and said we close in hour how she said made me feel very unwelcome so i turn around and left i we not be going there again

  Had a lovely walk around the seaside centre.Staff super friendly and even in the heat where very helpful and energetic.It was a little tricky at some points with a rollator frame due to the narrow tunnel and that you have to walk back the same way to get out. We went later in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy. As it is on the seafront we found it easy to find.Gift shop was normal sealife centre generic products.

  It is ok for somewhere to go on a rainy day and only if use Tesco clubcard vouchers or a holiday park discount otherwise will be very disappointed. A few tanks were empty, not that much to see and the resturant wasn't great. We stood waiting to be served for 15 mins. The server was mopping the floor, she saw us, she looked up at me a few times but ignored us. Eventually after putting our items back and about to leave she decided to come over..too late

  SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth is an absolutely fantastic attraction and one of the best family experiences on the Norfolk coast. Having visited since the recent revamp, I can honestly say the transformation is incredible. Everything feels brighter, more modern, and much more immersive, creating a truly memorable experience from start to finish. The exhibits are beautifully presented, and it's clear that a huge amount of effort has gone into enhancing both the visitor experience and the habitats for the animals. The ocean tunnel is breathtaking, allowing you to get up close to sharks, rays, and other incredible marine life, while the penguins are guaranteed to put a smile on anyone's face. The attraction features a wide range of fascinating sea creatures and interactive displays that make learning fun for both children and adults. What really stands out is how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming everything is. The staff are knowledgeable, passionate, and always happy to answer questions, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The recent revamp has taken an already great attraction and turned it into something truly special. Whether you're a local or visiting Great Yarmouth for the first time, SEA LIFE is a must-visit destination. Highly recommended and worth every penny!

  It was a decent experience with a variety of fish and sea animals. There was also an insect area in which you could touch / hold certain insects. It took us an hour to go through the centre, which includes the time that it took to look through the shop. In all honesty, it was quite expensive for the experience. I anticipated that it may have been a place that I could bring my visitors to, but that would be well out of budget for the time. It would be ideal to have proper signage up to educate visitors about the fish that they are seeing in each tank. There were digital displays that would alternate between each fish, but a lot of time was taken waiting for the screen to switch so that we could see the information of the next fish. I am aware that the facility gets audited to ensure that all sea life are well looked after, but some of those tanks were quite overcrowded. As somebody that frequented many aquariums, I have not seen that many fish in one tank. Sadly, from what we know about the intelligence of an Octopus, the Octopus tank was VERY small with nothing to entertain or occupy it. For two adults, it costed us £32.
