  Checked in for a two night stay and corridor and room were like a sauna. Person in next room reported same issue but it wasn't resolved over the weekend so a hot sweaty uncomfortable stay. Reported issue to reception twice but no luck in getting anything done. Tried to contact Premiers customer support team as they have a "good sleep guarantee" and was told that the duty manager had said there was no issue and that no one had reported anything, which was obviously a lie as I had at the time. Guess the guarantee is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available and would get back to me over email in 48hrs. Customer service where they simply don't care about the customer and hope you will go away. Now looking at cancelling all future booking with Premier and my business account as this level of service sucks. They finally admitted that I had reported an issue but as the air con is not there to cool the rooms I am entitled to nothing under their guarantee. Maybe that needs to be clear on their ad or simply don't advertise as the rooms having AC.

  Good Premier Inn. Staff are very helpful. The windows do not open at all so rooms are a bit stuffy. It was not too hot when I stayed but I imagine it could get very hot despite the air conditioning. The restaurant is the typical social offering. The food was good. The breakfast is buffet and again typical and good. I stayed in September and a lot of Great Yarmouth facilities were closed, and the hotel price was very reasonable.

  Hotel is decent & front of house staff are polite and friendly; however, the restaurant is rubbish. Our soft drinks were flat a d we got charged for a child's meal despite being reassured that would not be the case when placing the order. Additionally, we were charges for a drink we were reassured would not be the case. Meal deal turned into a rubbish outcome.

  The room was everything you would expect from Premier Inn. Hotel is located in a rough and untidy area close to the river and not at all appealing. Breakfast was disappointing = not properly cooked and some items cold. Not the best Premier Inn by far.

  I came to stay with a colleague as we are carers and had a young adult with medical needs and learning difficulties with us. We were greeted by Daniel on reception who was wonderful! He went above and beyond to make our stay as best he could and was great with our young lad. He interacted well with him which was lovely to see. He told us his name was “Bob” which over discussion throughout our stay become “Bob the gangster!!” Thanks so much for the laughs Bob!!!
