- FCFoxy ChickJun 13, 20261.0Great Yarmouth seafront premier inn, Absolutely horrendous experience, no sleep at all due to banging from the room above, literally began early evening went on throughout the night & then early morning, attempted to call the noise disturbance line to find they close at 5pm (how very helpful) to then try to ring the reception numerous times to get no answer, was unable to leave the room due to a disabled child in bed so had to wait until morning to then be told they were so sorry the phone lines were down!! So they then gave me customer services number who informed me they wouldn't do anything as I failed to let then know at the time (despite showing call logs of my numerous attempts to call them) shocking service!! Think I'll go back to travelodge as at least it's cheaper and you expect some noise!!

- KSKyle SmithMay 25, 20265.0Fantastic view if you get the sea view rooms but the aircon units need to go lower than 19c as the windows don't open. It gets stuffy in the rooms as the aircon will randomly reset every day too and the aircon doesn't aim at the bed.
