  There's not a thing wrong with the staff, room although the location makes it difficult when uper management CLOSE THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT WARNING. Quite frankly I booked a stay with meal deal. I even booked in advance a table in the restaurant, I had budgeted for our meals having been paid in advance. So to arrive and be told then that the restaurant was closed made my families stay very difficult. In reality it shows how super management of this firm has utter contempt for its customers. It a disgrace.

  The best hotel, love the seafront hotel in Great Yarmouth honestly the best atmosphere and it's lovely calming and so close to everything in Yarmouth and surroundings areas. If you get a hotel and enjoy the breakfast please be aware the restaurant is either being taken over, or refurbished.

  This Premier Inn couldn't have been in a better place. Almost every room gets an incredible view of the sea, and you can also go out onto a beach, conveniently behind the hotel. The room is good, with the highlight being the view. A decent sized room, 2 single bed and 1 double beds is the Premier Inn standard and there is also a TV, condiments, and a few chairs. The bathroom is also nice with good water pressure. For some reason there was also stomping coming from the floor above us which kind of put the sleep off. Overall, the view kind of carried this hotel, and the room was the standard Premier Inn room

  Great food however never been to a pub where staff shout across the restaurant to get peoples attention. It's a shame that as of the end of August it will no longer be a beefeater as it is shutting and currently not doing lunches on a Monday.

  A real letdown. Premier inn beds are normally amazing. This one was both very hard and very saggy, to the extent that your chest is much lower than your feet. I wouldn't have slept had I used it. Place was full so no swapping, and so I'm sleeping on the kids bed, which isn't great, but I will at least sleep. The attached pub also stopped serving food early, so overall, not the best evening. The hotel front desk were very helpful and friendly though. Avoid room 214 (though some other reviews suggest it's a wider issue.) it was bad enough I cancelled my second night and booked a different hotel.
