However my expectations have been exceeded. The girl on front desk straight away offered me help, she was super friendly and thoughtful and asked me if I needed things before I even thought I needed them. The lady in question was Sarah. She's brilliant really brightened my day and made a very transactional interaction memorable. Thank you Sarah for your lovely chat about Torchwood, you know who you are. Keep shining you little star.

The bed was comfortable but the room was messy and the bathroom dispensers were damaged and filthy. The staff were there to help with booking in but keeping a low profile most of the time. The girl at breakfast more interested in her phone than the customer.
