Superb stay on 12th June. Staff are absolutely fantastic- work hard , as a Team. Very attentive , professional and welcoming. They create a chilled and relaxing atmosphere.
A special shout out to Matthew , who went above and beyond, making our stay extra special.
We appreciated and enjoyed the English breakfast freshly cooked to order.
Location is good- near the centre but also very close for quay side or to wander over the bridge to the Baltic or The Glasshouse .

A very clean hotel in a good location. The best thing was the staff! They were amazing and so helpful. Especially an older gentleman and a young woman I'm not sure of the names of. She gave us recommendations and gave me a jug of ice to take to my room when I was too hot!
The main thing that lets it down is the unbearable heat of the rooms. We had a fan on day and night with the window open, but it still stayed at constant 26.5 degrees, all day and night!!!! I had to wet a towel to sleep with to try and cool down! I hope this problem gets sorted when they have the refurb because that is the one thing that ruined my stay and left me super tired through lack of sleep! The staff do need to be commended though, brilliant!
