- JRJean RichardsonSep 28, 20264.0Stayed at this hotel 27/28th September, a very comfortable stay, clean and comfortable, our biggest shout at to the staff who we found very helpful, friendly, they certainly went the extra mile, thank you 👋👋👋 The hotel is a very short walk to the millennium bridge and the great atmosphere around the river location.

- SFSteve FRMSep 20, 20263.0Very tired. Probably one of the older Premier Inns. In particular, I object to paying more than £10 for parking in their own car park. If they need to keep out the riff-raff, get a barrier installed not the rip-off private ANPR contril that is Horizon.

Big shout out to the night receptionist who managed to scare off bike thieves that had cut off my bike lock and were in the process of kicking off my steering lock as they attempted to steal my pride and joy. For anyone staying here with a motorcycle, please be aware that I’ve since found out that this hotel is frequently targeted by bike thieves, and although the hotel staff and police are working together closely to combat this, many people have already lost their bikes while staying here. Take extra precautions to secure your motorcycle as best you can! The hotel staff were great, the room was comfortable and exactly as expected from a premier inn.
