- EHEmily HarveyAug 28, 20262.0I’m not one to make a negative complaint however if you’re looking for a meal to have when staying here I would avoid the restaurant in the hotel. The room was spot on, no complaints about that. Customer service was okay. The food on the other hand was something else. I ordered a hunters chicken which came with salad and chips. The chicken was edible however the salad was not. It was covered in bugs. Not just one but multiple little insects crawling around the lettuce. I only saw these once I mostly finished eating the chicken and chips. The waiter understood completely and gave me a refund for that meal. This has since put me off eating at Premier Inns as the standards for the food are just not there. Apart from that decent hotel in a good location and comfy bed.
