  Nah am Flughafen gelegen, einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einfaches Zimmer, groß genug, für eine Nacht am Flughafen völlig ausreichend und gut. Beim check-in wurden wir nach unserer Adresse gefragt. Als wir diese angegeben haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass diese nicht stimmt bzw. nicht mit der angegebenen übereinstimmt. Wir hatten über ein Buchungsportal gebucht und uns war nicht klar, welche Adresse dort angegeben wurde. Die Dame beharrte darauf, dass sie die Adresse benötigt. Auf meine Frage, ob mein Reisepass und meine ID mit Adresse nicht reichen meinte Sie, dass es eine neue Gouvernment-Regel gibt. Nach einiger Zeit habe ich der Dame gesagt, sie solle doch mal die Adresse des Buchungsportals googeln - genau die war dann auch hinterlegt. Wir durften dann gnädigerweise ins Zimmer. Sehr anstrengend und unnötig. Beim nächsten Premier Hotel wusste niemand von dieser Regel.

  Was very nice clean rooms in a cozy environment. However, food was not good. Its literally microwave food with no standard, i.ordered curry and it was cold, rice is not basmati but standard white rice and poppadom was raw (as seen in photo). Staff are nice and welcoming and bed was comftable.

  Ordered food from restaurant, already paid at the reception. Menus given to us, not explained very well. Told we could order off both menus we had paid for a 2 course & a drink x4 Ordered mixed grill, came in 2’parts. & the steak was very small they said was more steak to follow as they had got it mixed up. By the time the second small steak come out everyone had finished their plates. Came to pay bill to be told we had to pay for up graded mixed grill which was a 8oz but we had only ordered the 4oz, not very good at explaining things. Questioned it & was told they were right. Not even an offer or a free dessert or money off the bill for waiting a very long time, meal being in 2 parts with more wait time, & poor service.

  Stayed here on the 6th july and when I came back from a later flight on the 18th July, explained a later check in and it was all good even tho my hearing was a bit impaired after a flight lol you know what your getting with a Premier inn and my only criticisms would be on the return stay there seemed to be a bit of a dampness smell after showering and the bathroom not being the best clean wise, some missing hooks from shower curtain etc The place could do with a good aircon but we had a decent small fan already set up and blowing away. The beds as always are really comfortable and thats what I pay for, you really cant beat what your getting for the money really imo and I would stay here again and again 🙂

  Rooms were nice. we had booked the restaurant. food was okay but the service was very very slow, we asked for a dessert menu and we just got forgotten about, we had to ask another server to actually get our menu and order. Still waiting for our dessert.
