Absolutely brilliant accomodation. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Can't fault anything. Staff were all great.

It's a nice park the holiday homes were nice and clean the entertainment area was good as well... The only thing that we didn't like was the pool it was meant to be out door heated pool but the water was like 15degrees and we couldn't even get to swim in it... But other than that I think it's a good place good location 1 mins from the beach.

Appalling behaviour by the sales staff! Approached the park with details of our current caravan (including make, model, size, year) to see if they accept “bring ons” to be advised yes they do. We booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance with a confirmed time. We made the 2 hour journey there with our 2 small children (aged 4 & 2) and arrived to be told “your caravan is too large and we will have to look at part exchange options”.
We explicitly explained on several occasions when making the appointment we were NOT interested in the concept of part exchange - our caravan is owned out right and only owned for 3 years.
They had 3 weeks to at any point advise us that the plots were not suitable, we were lulled (2 children in toe on our only day off) with no intention of being allowed to bring our caravan onto the site - instead they saw it as an opportunity to try and push a new sale on us. 4 hours out of our day, half a tank of fuel and 2 very fed up children all as a result of sketchy, immoral sales tactics! Avoid

Nipped in for a quick drink and reminiscing memories from when I were a little girl and my nannan and grandad owned the shop and cafe and my uncle owned the bingo hall. Can't believe how much it's changed. Does look awesome though.

Stayed here for four nights, caravan lovely , maintance was going on in the park just the general cutting the grass and keeping it tidy they did a very good job. We thought we would go to the onsite restaurant, well let's just say we regretted it. There was a group of staff members at the bar area, straight away I felt like I shouldn't go and disturb them as all in conversation but I did, a young woman served me when I was placing my order you would have thought I had said something very offensive I didn't want to look at her she had such a face on her it was unreal. She said something to me and I didn't understand so i said sorry what was that and she said it the same tone, speed and look of how can you not answer a simple question, a guy behind the bar near her then said to me and explained I was like right okay something about if your a owner you get discount on the food. Paid and walked back to the table 5 minutes later our food came out yeah 5 minutes, the chicken had been warmed up by the looks of it but yet was cold my salad had browned and the chips appeared to have been cooked god knows how many times but they were hot so that was good. I attempted to eat my meal then the dreaded thought of this is going to make me ill came to mind and couldn't do it so we left our meals. I wanted to see if anyone would come to ask if our meal was nice or if everything was okay but no we waited to see if our plates would get collected but no and i didn't want to go back to the bar to get glared at again and feel uncomfortable. But apart from that it was okay didn't use the pool so cant comment went in the arcade came straight back out barley anything in there but im comparing to other parks i have been to down south. The caravan though was lovely was just a shame about the meal and it was very over priced and like I said before im use to the parks down south where it is more expensive and i would expect it down there but not here. Nothing against away resort been with them before was very happy with everything in cornwall.
