  Friendly staff, quick to help. Clean rooms to be expected of premier inns. Close to the town so walking distance to everything. Perfect.

  Just about to check out of the Alnwick Premier Inn. Stayed 3 nights with my husband and our family. I was in an accessible room (No 5), I have been really impressed with everything my husband and I have experienced whilst here. The approach to the hotel is quite industrial so I was a little unsure driving in but on arrival we were welcomed nicely and checked in using the machine in the foyer…. My son in law sorted both rooms out easily and checked the cars in without issue Room 5 was beautifully clean and I felt as a wheelchair user, extremely well appointed, I loved the accessibility of the shower in the wet room. There were plenty of grab rails, a great shower chair and the towels were perfectly white and so soft!! We ate breakfast each morning and dinner on 2 evenings, the quality of the food was excellent at each meal and every member of staff did their utmost to ensure we were looked after and had everything we needed. I cannot remember everyone’s names sadly but staff who went out of their way to help me were the young lady in an evening with the beautiful auburn hair in a bun (my apologies!!), Shanice and Alice all of whom were fabulous and we had a lovely giggle with them Breakfast….the lady chef was brilliant, George was superb and I saw he looked after all guests, he was ably assisted by Leo and the girls over the course of our stay!! My star staff member was Emma in housekeeping, she and the housekeeping team were absolutely fantastic and I felt extremely well looked after in a spotlessly clean room which was perfect for me!! All in all a wonderful experience and I will certainly be returning on my next visit to Northumberland Grateful thanks to all staff seen and unseen for a great stay

  Just had 2 glorious nights here. Made to feel so welcome by the hard working staff. They had moody customers to deal with due to kitchen issues but still they smiled despite being threatened with a 1 star review !!!. Come on people, its a Budget Hotel not the Savoy !!!. Big shout to Ashlyn for her brilliant cocktail making !!!. Thanks Premier Inn ALNWICK staff for making our weekend a laugh. Food was Top Notch too 👌..
