- WWWilliam Wong2 days ago5.0Brilliant and efficient service as always. Very friendly and helpful staff who really helped us feel welcome and made our trip even more pleasant. There were a few pistachios near the underside edges of our bed, but all in all, our room and all the facilities were clean and great! Had their full breakfast and it was delicious and everything we needed! However, the tomatoes took alternative days behind grilled, and some variety between days would’ve been appreciated. Ultimately great value and would highly recommend!
- ZMZee MirOct 4, 20264.0Stayed on a work visit to RAF Lossiemouth. 15 mins from the airbase and a 10 min walk into town. Staff were friendly but sometimes not present as had to attend the Restraunt next door. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No gym, sauna or any other activities. Breakfast is in the building next door. Restraunt was dated and very quiet. Parking was free. WiFi was also free and reasonable.
Keine Sorgen.
- PRPatricia RuncieSep 29, 20265.0Spacious, comfortable, room. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient bus service near hotel, as bit of a walk to town centre. Good location for surrounding area, eg Spey side, Moray Firth, Inverness, Aberdeen, if you are driving. Convenient food places near hotel, KFC, Costa, McDonald's.
- JHJim hindsSep 28, 20261.0I stayed here in Elgin and offered room 42, it stinks of urine, the bed stinks of urine that's been sprayed with a deodoriser. After speaking to one of my colleagues he told me he stayed here 3 weeks prior to my visit and his room also stinks of pee, he asked for another room but the staff just went in and sprayed the room. If a bed stinks of pee it's because the pee is absorbed into the bed no amount of spray will un-pee the bed. I won't be back.
