  Convenient for airport access and food options. Self-service check out was useful for my early flight. Friendly staff at check in.

  Good parking and excellent access to local trains and trams right beside the hotel, yet not noisy. Note - no out of hours food is available, there is no limited night menu for those arriving late unlike most other similar hotels

  lovely staff. Was waiting in lobby after concert for 3 hours for dinner nothing came staff member checked up on us gave us a banana then came back five minutes later with a pizza for us and sent us to bed as it was 2:30am.

  My first impression of the stay was unfortunately terrible because of the attitude of Patricia at check-in. It genuinely felt as though she was doing a favour rather than welcoming guests. I honestly do not understand how a hotel can keep someone at the front desk with such poor hospitality standards. On top of that, her overall presentation, especially her nails, was completely inappropriate for someone working in the hospitality industry. After such a disappointing start, Emma A in the restaurant was an absolute blessing.Emma managed to recover bad service journey. She was professional, helpful, humble, and genuinely attentive to every guest. Emma always had time for everyone despite being busy, and I am honestly short of words to praise her. Her communication, attention to detail, and the way she looked after guests were exceptional. Emma completely changed the experience and deserves real recognition for her outstanding customer service.

  I would recommend looking at the many other hotel options in Edinburgh Park, as this one fell incredibly short. The room's cleanliness and maintenance were major issues: there was a large, unsightly stain on the wall (looked like spilled tea or coffee), the room was visibly dusty and two ceiling spotlights were burnt out. Worse still, the bathroom soap dispenser was filthy. Comfort-wise, the room felt stuffy because the windows don’t open and the walls/ceilings offer zero soundproofing. I could hear every single footstep from the guests above us, which lasted most of the night and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, front desk service was nonexistent. Reception was consistently unmanned throughout our stay. Save your money and book elsewhere.
