- CJChristina Jungk2 days ago1.0Zimmer leider sehr dreckig und keine Möglichkeit, in ein sauberes Zimmer zu wechseln. Flecken auf dem Bett und den Handtüchern, Reste auf der Klobrille, Spinnweben in fast jeder Ecke und sehr viel Staub auf sämtlichen Oberflächen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Auch sehen die Zimmer überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf der Website. Sie sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und haben mehrere kaputte Stellen an den Wänden. Insgesamt leider sehr enttäuschend.

- LLina -Sep 25, 20261.0Ich bin ehrlich schockiert gewesen von dem Zustand der Zimmer. Wir hatten ein normales gebucht und eines für Rollstuhlfahrer bekommen. Nun ja gegen mehr Platz spricht ja eigentlich nichts, jedoch hat dieses Zimmer unfassbar gestunken. Durch die Mobilitätsfreiheit gab es natürlich auch keinen abgetrennten Duschbereich wodurch dass Wasser bei leichtem Druck nicht nur das gesamte Bad sondern gleich such noch den ganzen Gang, der mit Teppich ausgelegt war, überflutet hat. Somit war klar, dass der Gestank vom Schimmel kam, der unter dem Teppich sich ziehmlich sicher ausbreitete. Zudem hat die Heizung kaum funktioniert und war übertrieben laut, sodass wir diese ausschalten und frieren mussten.
