  Hotel pequeño, limpio, confortable. Muy alejado de la ciudad. Servicio deficiente: No hacen las habitaciones ni limpian el cuarto de baño. Personal para habitaciones y comedor muy escaso. A mí me tocó una funda de edredón con un roto de más de 10cm., que me cambiaron inmediatamente.

  A warm welcome and quick check-in. The rooms are very clean, and everything is right next to the airport, which is very convenient. Kenneth and Coleen were super kind and welcoming—impeccable, high-quality service !

  Nice enough hotel, self service as you arrive, straight forward system checking inn. Not far from airport, taxi ordered from hotel taxi phone was overpriced for a very short run. Room was far to warm, no air conditioning working, no windows could open, nice room but hot and stuffy. Food okay, I wouldn't choose this hotel again as just okay.

  Myself and husband stayed here after we had to decante our home . I am a fulltime wheelchair user and undergoing many challenges health and home wise.we were pretty stressed on arrival at the hotel . Everyone was just lovely from the moment we arrived nothing as been too much . The room met my access needs and the staff made me actually feel so welcome. I will list all we came into contact with but I would like to mention Kenneth who often saw our stress levels as we returned to hotel daily . His smile and warmth went a long way to making us relax . He is a credit to the hotel with his professional approach but also his infectious laugh and courtesy. There have been times whe we have witnessed some pretty rude travellers come into hotel be that the voyer or dining room and one particular morning g stands out . Kenneth held himself with dignity and was incredibly polite I commented afterwards I wouldn't if been able to hold my tongue like he did . All of the team are a credit to the hotel Amanda Jen Robin Max Debbie Linda Hollies Iwana Eva Donna Ewa Josh Tracy Last but not least Kenneth I hope this gets fed back to the team they so deserve it . I would also like to add the lovely Tracy to my list I did have her name written down but in true sharon style missed it off So thank you also Tracy will actually miss you guys when we return home .   I like Premier Inn because of their convenience. This place is great, specially if you have access to a car. I reserved this place without doing much research. I did not travel by vehicle so it was a bit inconvenient. The nearest bus stop is a good walking distance from the hotel and it is not the safest route to take on foot. Same goes for food. You must reserve a spot if you want to eat at the restaurant because depending on the day it might be fully booked and you cannot do a walk in. So if you do not have a car, your closest thing is a McDonalds, or ordering via Uber eats. If you are looking for a hotel with easy access to the airport, it is probably easier to stay in the Premier Inn that is located Edinburgh Park and getting on the Tram.
