  Really nice room and bathroom,very clean . Not to far away from the town centre in a taxi and very cheap .

  Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a while, very disappointed for an IHG. First thing was small, we booked with a child under 2, and weren’t asked if we needed a cot. Then while setting the baby up for bed, the power goes in our room. We ask staff for help, and are left to sit in the dark with no updates for too long. We had to call to ask what was going on. They had no idea and we had to request a new room. Which THEY should have offered, not us asking considering it was now 9pm we had no power, and a baby. We had been upgraded to a room with a separate space for the baby because of our IHG status, but we had to be downgraded just to have a room with power, so the baby was now in the room with us. The next issues were with the new room. The window was so bad we thought it was open, because of the noise and cold. The AC didn’t warm the room at all even on heat. And generally the floors in the hotel are so creaky we couldn’t move around without waking our baby. Let alone hearing everyone else in the hotel moving in thier rooms. The final straw was at 11pm the room above ours, started full volume rave with a deep base. It felt like trying to sleep under a nightclub that carries on until 1am. Which obvious woke our baby. So yes the bed was comfy and the place was clean, but I didn’t get to sleep, was frustrated the entire time and won’t be coming back.

  Visited the leisure club as I wanted to use the pool. Was greeted by David, a warm welcome who explained the facilities and gave me fantastic service.

  People are friendly, but room is poorly maintained. Air conditioner don work properly. One day is freezing, other room is hot. You cannot open fully the windows. It's blocked and because there's a big construction on the side, it's impossible to sleep. They give you a noisy fan that it's from the 80s and had a rough life and it gets more noisy. It's like sleeping under the bridge. But you pay for it. You can't get the room clean after noon. Parking lot has cameras. They ticket you even if you register the car and you have to hustle to get your money back from the rental company. They can't do anything because it's the system. It's a hotel in the middle of nowhere. Why cameras to ticket cars? There's no elevator. Room has the walls dirt from people killing bugs mosquitoes. TV is vintage. Good channel selection though. Good bathroom. Nice water pressure. Beds are comfortable.
