  Never again, service has gone downhill, breakfast was nonexistent and couldn't get the aircon sorted for one of the hottest days of the year and wouldn't offer another room

  I recently visited and felt uncomfortable with how I was treated by the female receptionist. When I mentioned my gluten allergy, I was made to feel small and ashamed, as if it were an inconvenience. She then offered me vegan food, even though my allergy isn’t a dietary choice. It’s a medical condition. I hope the staff receive better training so guests with allergies are treated with understanding and respect.

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on Tongwell Street, Milton Keynes, and had a great experience. The service was brilliant, especially from Chloe. She quickly recognised that our group was deaf and that we were visiting for a stag weekend. She took the time to explain everything clearly, including the hotel's facilities, Wi-Fi access, and the fire alarm alert device available for deaf guests. Her helpfulness and awareness made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy, making for a great night's sleep. As an added bonus, there's a Harvester directly opposite the hotel, which was really convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

  Been a loyal Holiday Inn customer until I had a booking at this very hotel. I didn’t find this hotel same as it is advertised in photos. You would start feeling that it’s too old the moment you step in the elevators, walk in the corridor. Worst part the room, the room I was allocated had dirty and unclean floor in the washroom. I checked in and checked out 10mins after because I didn’t wanted to risk our infant’s health due to unhygienic ambiance. On top of all of this, hotel management didn’t value customer loyalty and experience, charged me in full with zero refund including the remaining nights of the stay. This shows how much customer obsession vs profit obsession they have. I would suggest spending 5-10 quids more and booking visit with some 4-star hotel in central Milton Keynes if you really value cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere.

  I didn't stay there myself, I was dropping a friend that was staying there from another country. Inside the hotel was clean with plenty of space, There is a large dining area and lounge area, with TV and a bar. The toilets were very clean. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
