Is a really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, you pay a little extra to have the view of the water and it is worth every penny.
It is next door to Newhaven Market where you can get an incredible meal of Haggis and Chips and is a short walk to the tram stop or bus routes into Edinburgh.
I've stayed here a couple of times and will again.

A handy Premier Inn for those who want to see Edinburgh, but not stay in the heart of the city.
A tram stop a few minutes walk from Leith Premier Inn connects you to Edinburgh easily.
The views from this hotel are lovely - on a clear day you can see the bridges at Queensferry.
There are plenty of food and drink venues nearby, should the Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel, not be to your liking.
The rooms were nicely decorated and in good order in the part of the hotel we stayed in. I believe they may have been recently renovated, as on a previous visit to this same hotel in 2022, the rooms were tired and not very comfortable. Seems to be rectified now.
Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as noise form the floors above woke us up through the night.
Overall a pleasant stay.
