I've been moved twice tonight and it's not improved the noise!! It's really really bad. I work all over the country and I've never been so disappointed in a premier inn like this dump! A special mention goes out to the manager, Sam. She was absolutely lovely and great with the children. Sam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing, thank you!
