  The receptionist was very rude I ask her to call the manager she said you wouldn’t get a room the manager came and she was just backing her up and I don’t recommend to any one

  The welcome was not so warm or friendly as I have experienced in other Holiday inns. Everything in this hotel is uncomfortable. The bed old, soft not supporting. The chair for the desk caused my hips to ache as did the sofa. The extractor not working in the bathroom and mould developing. The lighting is poor. One harsh bright white bulb by the bed, the other side broken and bright desk lamp. No ceiling lights. The radiator covered in crap and rusting at the bottom. Would not recommend.

  me and my brother went to an over 30s night at the holiday Inn Rochester upon arrival me and my brother witnessed a women lying on the floor vomiting in the smoking area ( yes she got help) but only an hour later she was back in the venue sitting at a table drinking alcohol again then vomiting into a plastic pint cup I couldn't believe it, things got worse I was assaulted and harassed by a women, I'd done nothing wrong and the security staff apologised to me about her bahaviuor and the manager bought me a drink, but I actually wanted the women removed as I could tell there was something not right about her but the staff would not throw her out ( I now know she was a member of the house keeping team) can't say anymore because the police are now involved. But if your looking for a night out in somewhere that is akin to a gin house from the 1900s then go ahead, but seriously avoid that over 30s night like the plague, but I have to add the hotel itself is lovely the food is good, the rooms are good the front of house staff are extremely polite and helpful. They also have a good health club that I cannot fault

  Staff are great. Exceptional value for money. Location good for motorway. Definitely recommended.

  Really lovely hotel. Clean and had what we needed for a short 1 night stay near family. The breakfast was very good. Lots of fruit/ yoghurt/ scones/ pastry and hot food. As a party for 10 everyone was very happy. Really nice coffee machine available too. I didn't use the swimming pool but saw children enjoying it. Lovely food in the restaurant too. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I didn't hear any noise All the staff were lovely, the man on reception was really good. As a large group he quickly got us all checked in while most of the group sat and had a glass of water. I will bring my 2 young sons next time we visit family in the area and I think they will love it.
