- WHWilfried HempAug 13, 20265.0Nice big rooms. Good AC. With 35 degrees in Salford, we needed it. A lot of Cafés and restaurants nearby.
- ASAnna SzeremetaJul 30, 20263.0The en-suites could do with a good makeover. The grouting all around the bath is black and unsightly. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were neither friendly or unfriendly. A smile wouldn't go amiss.
- KKKarinaJul 20, 20261.0My walls was dirty. The bedside tables was wrapped in sticky paper that was peeling off anyways. I went downstairs about an hour or two after checking in, a staff member asked me if I was okay, I said “yes, I am just looking around” in a very rude tone, she replied with “erm okay.” I pay for all the hotel facilities when I pay to stay and I pay for good customer service which wasn’t received. And to top it off, when I arrived to the hotel, the check in wasn’t even working. When I went downstairs to look around as mention earlier, one staff member was just out in the open eating, and the other was kneeling on a chair, watching the tv. I didn’t get her name. She had brown hair, and a forgein accent.
