Enjoyable overnight stay but having just come from the Preston Premier Inn this one is in need of a refurb. Beds are smaller and overall a little bit tatty in comparison. Had a meal in the restaurant which was good, served by pleasant and friendly staff.

Have to check yourself in so service 0. Rooms are ok. My bathroom smelt bad and the mirror in the room and the bathroom had something on it all over. Not clean at all. These rooms aren't cheap and I'd expect better for the price to be honest. Tatty finish on the desk and a hole in the headboard. Just the little things.

Great place in Mediacity. Restaurant is even more amazing - especially its staff - especially Rochelle and Lois are such amazing and excellent staff in the restaurant. They deserve regular promotions. Great customer service from them. They are the reason this restaurant is running so well and every guest seemed happy whenever I visited.

Nor to bad stayed one night parking is a little bit of a pain if your not familiar inside a multi story building. £19 but discounted to £11 driving around awhile trying to figure out were the exit was. Bar and restaurant ok but a bit draby seat stains need to be cleaned. The staff were nice the rooms are ok everything you would expect at a budget premiere inn. Bed quite comfortable and clean shower clean but only one floor towel one small towel and one bathroom towel ok if you’re on your own but there was two of us. So overall we’re going to give this place a 6/10 cheers.

Filthy hotel. From the outside this hotel looks modern. Inside it is dated, dusty and dirty. Our room was disgusting. There was dust on all the furniture, the veneer was peeling off the furniture and there were hairs in the bath/shower when we arrived. The whole place just felt grimy. We cut short our trip and cancelled our second night because it was that bad. The location for Media City is good, however there are other hotels I would book again instead of this one, like the Holiday Inn which is really close. There are hardly any staff in the hotel, no proper reception area. The first person I spoke to (Jade) was really helpful and lovely but the following morning I stood for a while waiting for someone to speak to - the member of staff on duty was in the bar/restaurant walking round (there were zero customers in there) just looking at her phone and was not bothered at all about my concerns or that we were leaving early because the room and hotel were both disgusting. Don't recommend staying here - there are better hotels to stay at in the area for similar prices.
