  Relatively new hotel. Checked in on the automated kiosk which wouldn't read the booking qr code. Never saw a member of staff. Room fine, aircon was a Godsend in a 33 degree heatwave. Local parking is ridiculously expensive though...£30 to park overnight in the NCP multistorey next door is daylight robbery! It's Manchester not Park Lane, London.

  This is probably my favourite Premier Inn I’ve stayed in - due to how lovely and welcoming the staff are. They really go above and beyond and make our short stay so enjoyable. Room was lovely and breakfast was great. Will certainly be visiting again.

  Had a vary bad experience staying for 2 nights in this hotel , its very musty and dumpy i was felling suffocated you cant open the windows I asked the receptionist to change my room and her response was that my nose must be very sensitive to the smell otherwise its fine 😂

  I stayed here and was extremely disappointed in the room. There was mould on the wall in the corner of the bedroom part. I decided to ignore it as I didn’t want this to ruin my holiday. Later on when I came home I have been coughing and feeling unwell. The room was extremely damp and hence why there was probably mould on the wall. I spent a lot of money for a three night stay and it was awful. I have never had a problem with a premier inn before, but feel I have been let down. I hope the mould is removed from the room before it makes someone else poorly. I am saddened as I am not usually one to complain. The hardest part is I saved up so I could have a three night stay and feel the money has been wasted. If I don’t not get some kind of compensation I will not be using premier inn again I’m afraid.
