  I have just spent a two night stay at this hotel for work. The staff were very polite, my room was spotless and the food was amazing. Exceptional value for money, I will be back. I felt safe as a solo female!

  First time I have been to Premier Inn Sale since they knocked down the pub and started rebuilding. The rooms, barring a couple on the first floor, are like a veal crate, I was wise to only spend a night there. Room was clean but claustrophobic. Regardless, it fills up quickly during matchday midweek/weekend, as do most Premier Inns, so it was expensive and cramped. I really hope with the rebuild, which I understand is purely a slew of new rooms, that they are of a decent size compared to the current offering, and there are at least a couple of lifts, as there isn't one already; I can't imagine them being that short-sighted. Food was alright but the new 'Social' eating area is alright/meh, and doesn't compare with say Premier Inn Trafford Centre's West's bar area. The staff is really a mixed-bag. There were a couple of them that understood what customer service is, and I understand that one of those was about to leave, and has probably left by now... Others, well, you aren't allowed to be mean or insensitive nowadays, but anyway, one was a bit... and 'shared' too much of his own personal stories/issues... I'm a customer, not a friend (sounds like I'm being a D, but it's hard being British and excusing yourself in that situation). Another, shouldn't be in the hospitality industry - smiling, never mind going above and beyond (or even slightly above), seems to go against her own personal values... She's not even new, she's been stone-faced there for years. I hate being personal, seriously, but the calibre of some of PI Sale's staff is noticeably inferior to every other PI I've stayed in, and I've stayed in at least 7 in around Manchester over the last 4 or so years on a regular basis.

  We use Premier Inn on a regular basis and our favourite is Sale , Manchester . Yes the original block does need some tlc , but it functions well. They have some building work converting the old Brewer Fayre restaurant into more rooms. It does not impact on staying in the original block. They have spent money on the plus rooms and are worth the extra money. The restaurant on site is small and cosy ,a very comfortable place to eat. The staff on this site are excellent and as we stay here twice a month you do get to know the staff and they you. Special mention to Leon he is kind attentive and an excellent host. Also mention to Sarah , presume a shift manager . The staff are really good on this site. Also the breakfasts are made to order and I saw the Chef preparing my plate with the food he took real care in presentation it was a work of art!

  I and my family had an exceptional experience during our stay at the hotel. A special mention must go to Leon, the restaurant manager, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after during the breakfast time on 27/09/26. I would also like to give special recognition to Chef Graham for the excellent food. Every dish was beautifully prepared, delicious, and clearly made with great care and passion, even while under pressure. Leon and Chef Graham went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Their excellent service, hospitality, and dedication are a real credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again. Thank you 👍

  Have stayed here a few times now and every single staff member has been brilliant. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding and the cooked side is cooked to perfection. The new bar/restaurant is stylish, modern, warm and welcoming with a lovely atmosphere created. Laura has been amazing and always has a smile on her face. The rooms are quiet, modern with a great bathrooms. As always the beds are unbeatable. Comfy duvets and no sign of a sore back or neck the next day. A peaceful nights sleep.
