    Excellent location and comfortable room. Easy access to the central of Manchester and friendly staff with great service. Love the lobby and bar, equipped with big TV screen and extraordinary ambience. Was there during summer and managed to watch a match of World Cup 2026. The match between France and Norway was exciting and exceptional. Simply awesome 👌🏻

    Great location and a great hotel overall. The only downside was the parking situation. The hotel recommends using the Piazza car park and offers a 20% discount if you book online in advance. However, when I tried to pre-book a week before my stay, it showed as fully booked, with a 24-hour stay priced at £35 before the discount. When I arrived, I was able to park in the same car park without any issue, and it was almost empty, but I ended up paying £38. My advice would be to save your money and use the car park right next to the hotel instead, which cost just £12 and was much more reasonable. Also the Piazza car park is a 7 minute walk and the NCP car park is right behind the hotel and a 30 second walk!!

    Good location, not far to walk from Manchester Piccadilly, large rooms, lovely bedding, purchased breakfast, plenty of choice, nice to see options for diners who have special diets, gluten free area.

    For us the hotel was in the perfect place, a short walk to any where. Modern hotel, rooms where spacious and clean. Nice bathroom with a unique way to turning the shower on. Good range of tv channels, for a hotel. The bar area is also modern with large screen TV. The only down side was one of the breakfast staff. They knew there were people waiting to enter, she saw us twice before coming to check us in. This did just happen to us, it was to everyone that came to the breakfast room, she kept everyone waiting.

    We asked for Angela tonight and the Voco staff jumped into action like it was second nature. They directed us where to sit and then through the hotel to ensure we were safe. Ive never asked for Angela before but they did everything I would expect and more. Thank you so much guys. What could have been a horrible end to the night turned into a well controlled, safe ending for us all. Thank you
