I stayed here for a1 night work trip and was really impressed. The newly renovated lobby looks so sleek and stylish that it feels like a real step up from their usual design! Heads-up: check-in is fully automated via kiosks rather than a traditional reception desk.
The bar looks great with a solid drinks selection and cocktail offers, though I didn't get to try it or the restaurant 🥺 My room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and breakfast was good. 👌🏻 Unbeatable location just a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly station. I'll definitely stay here again! ✨
I always stay at Premier Inns and always find them absolutely excellent, especially for the affordable price paid. The guest rooms and bathrooms are very big and functional, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the morning breakfast is highly variegated.

RESPONSE TO PREMIER INN'S NONSENSE BELOW:
CLEARLY you have not properly read about my dealings with your customer service team (see below!). You should have have kept the £52 which I did not agree to receiving and used to it to hire someone to come in with a hazmat suit and remove the mattress and burn it! You do not care at all that you have still made a profit of £62.40 for my mother sleeping in bodily fluids for 2 nights. I think the public should know what they are signing up for.
We stayed from 27th-29th July (paid £114.40) and I have to make it clear that we had a very friendly welcome from Cordila and the other staff, I could not fault them. However, when my mother stripped the bed on day of checkout (to help house keeping) we discovered the duvet was covered in blood, urine and god knows what other bodily fluids, my mum felt ill thinking about the fact she had lying in that for 2 nights. We reported it to the staff immediately and they were horrified, apologetic and told us we should get a full refund. They gave us the customer service number to call...
Cue "goodwill gesture" of a £35 refund verbally by telephone after being kept on the phone for an hour (total cost £114.40, so still a profit of £79.40 for the pleasure of sleeping in other people's bodily fluids), obviously requested a reference number/email/contact to take it further and was told I would get the same response. No information emailed so I completed a complaint form and the automated feedback email you get. Cue another "sorry you are disappointed email and goodwill gesture" email upgraded to £52 refund (which doesn't even cover the cost of one night's stay) and still Premier Inn making a profit of £62.40. The stay did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness or clearly the "good night's sleep" they harp on about, apparently these standards are acceptable and that because we didn't discover it until check out, that makes it okay.
See pictures for yourself (I have videos too that I couldn't upload but tried to take screenshots of - honestly it doesn't fully show just how absolutely disgusting the duvet was - it should be binned or set on fire!)
I had a very pleasant stay at this Premier Inn. The room was clean and very tidy and had a lovely view of the city.
Close to Piccadilly station and very easy to find. Great for short stays or for those commuting.
Nadine was the star of the visit for me. As someone with allergies, I felt very seen and was very grateful for how flawless Nadine’s service was. From clear explanation of allergens alongside wonderful food, I would highly recommend.

Didn’t stay here, so ignore the room rating.
I had 1 1/2 hours to kill before my train and wanted a decent cooked breakfast.
Decided I’d give the Premier Inn a try and it turned out to be a great idea, just a few minute walk from the station.
Service was perfect and the cooked breakfast was faultless. Not sure if this is a new brand standard, but the kitchen only put out small amounts of bacon, sausage, eggs, etc and then refreshed them very quickly as guests helped themselves.
This resulted in never having old overcooked food left out.
Just a heads up, some items are made to order ON REQUEST, such as black pudding, poached eggs, etc.
£12 for this quality & amount of food, in a great environment with very good service is a good deal.
Sure it’s cheaper at Wetherspoons, but quality & volume are much, much better at this Premier Inn.
