  I had a brilliant stay at Premier Inn. From start to finish, everything was excellent. Ramzan was absolutely amazing and really made my morning with his friendly, welcoming and attentive service. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and his customer service was outstanding. The breakfast was really lovely, with plenty of choice and everything well prepared. My room was also very clean and comfortable. The only area I feel could be improved is the car parking. I think it would be great if Premier Inn could own or manage the car park and offer guests more affordable parking rates. Overall, an amazing hotel offering great value for money, with excellent service from staff like Ramzan. I would definitely stay here again!

  My partner was having a really rough time not linked to our stay, and Rami went above and beyond at trying to help make him comfortable were he could to make things that little bit easier for him. We got a lot of empathy and it helped make our stay much nicer.

  Only got this photo of our room. Booked a room for my partner and I for two days - came to about £150. Princess Street is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and was minutes away from Manchester's China Town. (And the vimto statue!) The room was incredibly clean. We felt incredibly safe in the building too as you had to tap your key card every time you went into the lift etc etc. We didn't use any of the room service/order food from the premier inn itself but everything we did use was great. Only downside we had was that we didn't love the shower. It was a waterfall style shower and we didn't love the pressure but in the grand scheme of things, that's the smallest thing we could have picked up on. And of course that's simply personal preference. Overall, I'd be happy to book and stay here again, the staff members we did speak to were very welcoming and helpful. We used the machine to initially get booked in and that was also easy to use.

  Came here sat to Thursday morning... Lovely food Staff especially Ravi.. Was polite and caring, hard working and had my porridge made for me. The room was OK, would of liked a shower instead of a bath, thank you.
