Jerseys poached eggs in the Thyme restaurant were outstanding! Such perfect eggs every time! The staff in the restaurant were all so friendly and welcoming, it felt like home from home! Thank you.

Awful in summer. Dread to think what it would have been like on a day over 35degree.
Zero air circulation, window was broken so the room was suffocating. 1 fan in the room just circulating stale air. No reception staff in the night to ask for extra fans etc.
room clean and well maintained, lovely informative staff when checking in. Room very quiet very city centre hotel.

NO AC in Rooms and no adequate Air circulation as windows cannot be opened. The thermostat is a dummy. Table fans are provided but not as effective as AC could have provided. At least there could have been an option to open window. No proper sleep due to high room temperature around 29.6 degrees. Basic need for a human being is fresh air and this is lacking in the rooms. Did not expect this from Premier Inn hotels.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for one night on a Saturday and was met with a room that was 27.5 degrees and it was absolutely stifling even with the window open as it has a limiter on it. You can decrease the heating unit temperature but it doesn't do anything as the room stayed 27.5 degrees from check in till check out. There is no air-con and we didn't get told about this until we were at the hotel. There was a desk fan that was absolutely filled with dust and blew hot air and dust around the room which set my sneezing off, I was sneezing all the time even after turning it off as there was so much dust in the room. The room was equipped with standard amenities and the bed was comfy, the staff were also polite too and it was peaceful. I also left with a very bad sore throat and uvulitis most likely due to all the dust in the room, didn't get a good night sleep either. I don't recommend this hotel and won't be staying here again.

Wow- what a terrible experience. I feel so bad for the cleaning staff, they are treated like animals. I saw room attendants running around, working their socks off, with sweat literally dripping from them and their hair soaking wet. It’s almost inhumane to work in those conditions.
The heat inside the hotel was so unbearable and the rooms were worn, tired and old. The housekeepers were so lovely and simply trying their best to keep an outdated place going. Later in the week, I overheard a member of staff asking for a bottle of water and they were told no- there is only enough for one per person.
I left a handsome tip for the room staff, but for ethical reasons I would not stay here again. I’ve also reported this awful treatment to the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) and Manchester City Council.
