  Highly rated because 1. Proximity to T1/T2: 2 to 5 minutes leisurely walk to the airport. Glad not to be dependent on no-show or delayed taxis, or shuttles, especially in the middle of the night. 2. Well fitted out rooms and bathrooms, great toiletries 3. Great lounge area, lifts 4. Good staff. I particularly liked my check-in experience. Polite, friendly and supportive. The checkout wasn't as good; maybe it was the time of the morning? Pleasantly surprised. Will book in every time I travel out from MAN.

  The stay itself was fine, but the service from the hotel reception is terrible. During check-in, I had specifically asked the hotel reception if it's alright to park the car for ~30 mins while unloading the luggage and checking in to the room, with my wife and two young children in tow. She said yes, it's perfectly fine, and made no mention that I was supposed to register the car with a kiosk or system, despite me asking. Now it turns out that I have been charged with a hefty parking fine for having parked the car there for 20 mins without registering it in some kiosk system. Absolutely ridiculous...

  Great hotel, nice location right by the terminal. Amble parking. Breakfast is really good, loads of options and tastes great. Rooms are well sized and beds are super comfy.

  Thank you for your response, but this is not why I chose not to book the room. I understood the rate and the check-out policy, and I never expected the hotel to change its rules for me. The reason I left was the way Tracy spoke to me. I felt I was treated disrespectfully while simply asking about the available options. When I asked for assistance, I also did not receive the support I expected from management. My complaint has always been about the staff member’s attitude and customer service, not about the room price or check-out time. Update: The hotel’s response incorrectly suggests that my concern was related to the room rate or late check-out. This was not the issue. My complaint was about the way I was spoken to by Tracy and the lack of support when I asked for assistance.

  Just across the road from Terminal 2 and very easy to walk to with pedestrian crossing s and a green path to follow. Rooms are wonderful, clean , modern, comfortable with loads of amenities includimg a safe, iron and ironing board. Total blackout curtains and virtually sound proofed. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied and smell gorgeous of citrus. Late check out of 2pm was free and well needed by us! Have stayed before and would definitely stay again. So easy to get to and from the Terminal and great connection to the train station via the sky bridge at T2.
