- DKDanny KingJun 12, 20265.0So we arrived around half 4, and we were met by Stacey on reception, she met us with a big smile, she were friendly, polite, gave nice pointers, with regards to our stay. After receiving the keys for our room, we went up, an the room is lovely and clean, just what I'd expect from a Premier inn room, we'd rather pay the extra, (if it is extra) over the travelodge 🤣 only down side is the parking, it is chargeable however for Premier inn guests its free upon entering your reg on the reception desk. Anyway, Stacey were brilliant. An the room were beautifully clean.
- CCCarlaJun 2, 20261.0Completely impossible to get through to reception team to speak to someone. The virtual receptionist is useless and when it “transfers” you it rings out. Completely unsafe if there was an emergency situation or you needed urgent assistance.
- AMAndrew MillerJun 1, 20265.0This was an enjoyable stay with lovely staff in both reception and in the restaurant. In brewers fayre, Haylea had very good service as we were in late for the breakfast and she still made sure we got our food. This has been a good stay and will recommend.

The duvet cover was stained with blood and then when we called to change it they replaced it with another stained duvet which they knew was stained. Mould in the bathroom, grime in the walls and cutlery. When I brought it up to customer service and they got in touch with management they lied and said they offered us a complimentary breakfast! I'm absolutely disgusting and will never stay at premier inn again and I would advise everyone to save their money and book elsewhere unless you want to stay in a dirty, stain covered bed in a mouldy room!
