  This hotel has started to deteriorate which is a real shame. Have stayed here for years a couple of weekends a year. The last 2 occasions have been quite poor. I thought to give it one more chance but after my last, I will definitely be trying out a different hotel for my next visit. Breakfast not up to scratch - missing beans and sausages in a "full english" breakfast that you've paid £11.99 for. The time before that the breakfast was stone cold because their heating facilities had broken down. Not enough irons available. The usual tea and coffee facilities have been drastically reduced. Where you used to be able to drink herbal tea, tea and coffee in your room, they no longer provide herbal tea but you can pay £2.60 for ONE TEA BAG. Considering they used to be included in the price of the room, and you could buy a whole box of herbal tea for £2.60 - I think this is terrible. Not everyone drinks 'black tea' with milk. Some people only drink herbal.

  The worst Premier Inn experience I have ever had – absolutely disgusting If I could give zero stars, I would. In fact, even one star feels far too generous for this place. This hotel was an absolute dump. The room was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned to anything remotely resembling an acceptable standard. There were stains on the bedding, filthy-looking marks all over the carpet and a massive stain on the chair. I genuinely questioned how anyone could inspect that room and think it was fit to be given to a paying guest. The state of the room was embarrassing. You expect a basic level of cleanliness when staying at a Premier Inn, but this was nowhere near it. It was dirty, unpleasant and completely unacceptable. And then there is the location and surrounding area. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The NCP car park was full of rubbish and people hanging around, and I was genuinely worried about leaving my car there. I did not feel relaxed or safe coming and going from the hotel. The whole stay left me angry, frustrated and disgusted. This was supposed to be a place to sleep and relax, yet instead I was left wondering how this hotel is allowed to operate rooms in this condition. Premier Inn should be seriously embarrassed by the standard of this hotel. The photographs and marketing may make it look presentable, but my actual experience was completely different. I have stayed in Premier Inns before, but after this experience I will think very carefully before ever booking one again. This particular hotel has completely failed on the basics: cleanliness, comfort and making guests feel safe. I will NEVER return to this place. If you are considering booking this hotel, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options where you can spend your money without having to put up with this level of cleanliness and discomfort. Absolutely disgraceful. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

  ⭐ Very disappointing – Premier Inn Luton Centre Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest Premier Inn stays I’ve experienced. The parking area was absolutely disgusting, with rubbish and discarded items left around the car park. It was dirty, poorly maintained and gave a terrible first impression on arrival. The room was also far from acceptable. The photographs speak for themselves (which I cannot upload) — the room and furnishings were dirty and clearly in need of better cleaning and maintenance. This is not the standard I would expect when paying to stay at a Premier Inn. To make matters worse, when checking in I witnessed a member of the reception staff dealing with another guest in a very unprofessional manner. Whatever the circumstances, the interaction was uncomfortable to witness and certainly didn’t give the impression of good customer service. Overall, dirty parking, a poorly presented room and disappointing customer service. I would expect considerably better from Premier Inn. I certainly won’t be rushing back to this particular Premier Inn.

  I was bitten by bed bugs! I was really looking forward to my stay here but unfortunately, I was disappointed. On arrival, I requested an iron and they said they would send one to my room, crickets. Second day I made the same request and they said they would, crickets. Third day, I asked them for it now and they told me none was available and they'd reach out to me later, they never did. I requested to have my room cleaned and was told they would only arrange my bedding as they only clean after 6 days. Later on, another staff member told me that was false. Now mind you, I'd been itchy from day 1 and hoped it was not what I thought it was but I later found the bug and by that time, I had numerous visible bites all over my arms and back. I complained immediately and they did give me a new room and let me put my clothes in the dryer, and now I am paranoid, hoping I didn't take one home with me. Horrible experience overall and the only good thing was the food which and proximity to external amenities

  Used as a stop over before a flight from Luton Airport. Having checked the website I was aware there was no on site parking. Tried to utilise their check in terminals, really poor design. Trying to scan a qr code at waist height just didn't work, either human error or the system just isn't sharp enough. Managed to get one keycard for one of my 2 rooms booked. The other room not ready yet despite it being almost 1630!? Had to call receptionist to get allocated a room. Not impressed. I was then told I could park in the massive NCP car park next door for free? I had already parked and paid elsewhere so again not impressed. The staff seem to flit between the bar, restaurant and front counter an in honesty you never quite know who's doing what. Whilst sitting in the bar a member of staff literally shouted across over to customers waiting to check in. This same member of staff seemed to want to moan to all customers who interacted with her about her bad back. Just awful customer service and very unprofessional. Plus side, the rooms provided were of an adequate standard and fairly cheap. I have used many Premier Inns and this is unfortunately the worst experience I have had, I cannot recommend and would not return.
