  Excellent stay - in 35 degrees heat outside, the air conditioning was fantastic, in all public areas, meeting room and the bedroom. Loved the fridge in the room and ultra comfortable bed. Service from all staff was exceptional- particular shout out to Maria in the restaurant who did a superb job of looking after us during our 3 day business stay. And Freddie in the bar. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars not 5 is due to lack of main lights in bedroom - there is only small side lights beside the bed, low light above windows and a light in lobby - rooms need a main light . Other than that - brilliant stay and will definitely come again.

  Very well put together hotel with fantastic staff. Maria, Patrick and Christian are fabulous. Attentive, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Gym has the essentials. Lots of parking. Overall fantastic staff and good value for work

  The rooms and public areas have been recently refurbished and will become a Holiday Inn upon completion. The rooms are well-appointed with very comfortable beds. There was a walk-in shower, safe, fridge, hairdryer, and an iron/board. I found the room a bit dark due to the absence of spotlights in the main section. We had no hot water in the sink. They tried their best on the weekend and compensated us for the inconvenience. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. There were some flies on the bread at breakfast, but they were quick to get me some fresh slices. I was disappointed the pancake machine was out of order on the second day, but the chef made me some.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service from Start to Finish We recently stayed at Luton Vale Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service is at the heart of everything this hotel does. Although our room wasn’t quite ready upon arrival, the team were incredibly apologetic and genuinely tried their best to accommodate us sooner. As we had plans and needed to head out, this wasn’t an issue at all, and the staff kindly looked after our luggage for us, allowing us to continue with our day completely stress-free. When we returned later to check in, everything was seamless. The team took the time to explain all the hotel facilities, including breakfast times and bar information, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention must go to three outstanding members of staff who truly made our visit memorable. Anmu was an absolute delight—friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming from the very first interaction. Her positive energy was infectious and she immediately made us feel valued as guests. Zara was equally fantastic. She greeted everyone with the biggest smile and such a warm, genuine manner. It is people like Zara who create a welcoming atmosphere and make guests feel instantly at home. However, the star of our stay was undoubtedly Katie, the Head of Housekeeping. Katie was simply exceptional in every way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for guests were evident throughout our visit. What made her stand out even more was the way she carried out everything with a smile on her face and a wonderful sense of humour. Her friendly banter and approachable nature made every interaction a pleasure. Katie is a true credit to the hotel and played a huge part in making our stay absolutely perfect. The room itself was spotless, beautifully presented and felt luxurious throughout. The standards of cleanliness were outstanding, reflecting the pride the housekeeping team clearly take in their work. Breakfast was nothing short of mind-blowing. The selection on offer was extensive, catering for every taste imaginable, and everything was fresh, well-presented and delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. The combination of excellent facilities, immaculate rooms and, most importantly, exceptional staff made this one of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time. Thank you to Amnu ,Zara and especially Katie for making our visit so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future. This version reads like a genuine 5-star review and gives Katie the standout recognition she deserves while still strongly praising Anum and Zara.
