  This was a great stay! We were a big group that came for a wedding and the team were great, from fast and easy check-in, nice rooms and great bar. Shout out to Maria and Laura at the bar who were fantastic in their service to our very big wedding party and handled our group really well! Thank you!

  Rooms were very clean and smelled good, comfortable beds, but unfortunately had the modern feature of sealed windows, so 1 star off. Good shower. Almost caught out by weekday breakfast finishing at 09:30. Location is an industrial estate a few miles from the airport with parking controlled by external company.

  Very clean and quiet hotel and very helpful staff. At breakfast, I met a Romanian girl, Laura, who was very friendly and obliging. Keep up the good work.

  Easy to find from station bus 100 stops right outside. Staff were very hospitable. Maria and the resturant staff were great accommodating our preferences. Large wedding party friendly

  I arrived at Holiday Inn London Luton North as an IHG One Rewards member after spending the previous ten days at other IHG hotels in the UK. We had paid for two mornings breakfasts, but because we were leaving for the airport at around 3:00 a.m. on our departure day, I politely asked Reluca whether it would be possible to use that breakfast on the morning we arrived instead. I completely understand that hotels may have policies that do not allow this. What disappointed me was the attitude of the receptionist named Reluca. Rather than showing empathy or trying to assist, she repeatedly told us that we would have to pay again if we wanted breakfast that morning. The interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Only after I requested to speak with the manager to complain about the way we were being treated—not about the breakfast itself—did the decision suddenly change, and we were told we could have breakfast after all. That made it seem that the problem was never really the request itself, but how it was handled. As paying guests and loyal IHG customers, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this was the least welcoming experience we had during our entire UK trip. I hope the hotel will provide additional customer service training for its front desk staff so that future guests receive the level of hospitality that the IHG brand is known for.
