  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived very late, close to midnight, after my flight was disrupted. My reservation had been made well in advance and was fully prepaid. Despite this, I was given a room with no air conditioning. There was no alternative room available, and the only solution offered was a bucket of ice for the room, which was clearly not an acceptable substitute. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had paid for a two-night stay but, due to the flight disruption, I was only able to arrive on the second day. Even though the hotel had already been fully paid, I still ended up with a room that lacked a basic amenity like air conditioning. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I expected the hotel to provide the standard of room I had booked, especially considering the reservation was prepaid and made well in advance. I cannot recommend staying here based on how this situation was handled.

  Lovely staff, specially Christina Ana she was really lovely and helpful and with a smile on her face all the time. Rooms super clean/tidy. Comfortable bed.

  In general, our stay was okay. The location is excellent for the airport – only about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi or bus ride away. The room was very quiet, which was a big plus. We had a great night’s sleep and didn’t hear any noise from other guests. The room was equipped with everything we needed, and the reception staff were happy to provide any additional items upon request. The main disappointment was the breakfast, which we had included in our booking. At check-in, the receptionist informed us that breakfast starts at 3:30 a.m. However, when we went down at 5:10 a.m., there was no hot food available – only pastries, bread, coffee, and juice. This is not about being overly fussy; it is about receiving what was advertised and what we were told to expect. The staff member on duty was polite and apologetic, explaining that we would need to wait around 25 minutes for the hot breakfast items (omelettes, sausages, bacon, etc.) to be ready. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to wait as we had an early flight. We appreciate honesty and clear communication, as this would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements and avoid additional unexpected expenses. Overall, the hotel served its purpose well for an airport stay, but the breakfast experience was disappointing.

  Excellent service from all of the staff, most noticeably Christina, Hannah and Jess. Excellent breakfast served by Raj, and a superb fruit platter presented to us whilst working this morning 🤩

  I visit this Hotel every week for my BNI business meeting and must confess that all the staff are excellent. I must give a special mention to Ana and Christina who have always assist me with anything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Even before asking they would approach me to see if I need anything. They are great ladies and I am always happy to see them on a Friday. On the days they are not in it is noticed. Thank you Holiday Inn and Ana and Christina for all you do.
