  I found the hotel extremely clean, everyone helpful and accommodating. Particularly I would like to thank Ashley for her prompt help and support with my parking issue, she was so effective and understanding. Great experience!

  Very clean and comfortable rooms , staff friendly and can't do enough for you . Would stay again .

  What a lovely experience! And so close to the airport! Honestly any closer than this and you’d have to sleep on a plane 😅 room was super cozy, extremely clean. I was a bit worried about potential airport noise but did notice there was a double window situation in the room. I couldn’t hear a single plane! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also okay, very nice to be able to grab a bite before the flight!

  The rooms are okay but the cleaners need to do better. Service at the bar was slow, as was the food service which wasn't very hot when it was served. I'm not sure I'd stay again though the location is very good for the airport.

  On August 3rd I stayed one night after arriving for 20 hours business trip. It was a short and easy walk from the terminal, fortunately it wasn't raining. Upon arrival checkin was a bit slow due to a guest who booked a room for 4 and didn't agree to take a second room as the hotel policy is max 4 people/room. The guest refused and stepped out for consultation with his family. After quick check-in I entered the room and washed my hands. The sink water drained very very slowly. I also noticed that the Aircon sistem didn't cool the room at all. Since there was no option to open the window, as the room was on the street level facing a super busy roundabout in a distance of 3 meters I returned to the reception asking to change room. Instead the sent a young lady with me to check my complaints. She didn't have any technical skills and couldn't find how to change position of the sink stopper. As for the air-conditioning control panel - she didn't really know how change settings. (I'm an Engineer specialized in fluids & aircoditioning systems 😀). We returned together to the reception and repeated my request to change room. The answer surprised me: "Sorry we're fully booked" The stubborn guest was still rejecting the demand for a second room in next reception post. Really no rooms available?🙃 Upon returning to the room I spotted a ventilator in the corner. I realized my complaint wasn't the first on the air-conditioning! Since it's hard to see standing water in a clean sink, I took photo & video after shaving.
