The lady on the front desk went above and beyond, ensuring every guest felt valued and well-cared for. Without a doubt, this is the best Premier Inn I’ve ever visited.

Lisburn is always my favourite to stay at, the staff are amazing and always go the extra mile for you, especially Elina and Rebecca. Unfortunately I don’t know the managers name but she is always extremely helpful too.

Nao é exatamente um hotel charmoso, é o básico, mas tem boa localização, perto de comércios, lojas e alimentação, um grande shopping. Encontrará equipe educada e estacionamento gratuito. O hotel não tem praticamente nada de serviço, não tem uma água no quarto... mas tem opções pagas na recepção que resolvem. Tem chaleira e cafe soluvel cortesia. A limpeza do quarto só ocorre se você solicitar (mas não fomos informados). Oferecem como cortesia um café da manha básico com croissant pré embalado, cereais, frutas e cafe servidas ali mesmo na recepção porque o restaurante e o café estão em reforma ao mesmo tempo (o que considero uma falha). Um dia comemos lá e no outro no café próximo que indicaram. A cama e rouparia são muito bons, o chuveiro tem baixa pressão de água mas atende bem. Acho que cumpre o que se propõe pelo valor cobrado. Recomendamos.
