  Comfortable beds. My room was with a shower cabin which was more suitable to me. Friendly staff. I give 4 stars for services due to restaurant being closed. However they said it will be opened in November. I think they are offering some kind of breakfast but I wasn’t bothered as the sleep was more important 😀 The hotel is located in a quiet area and are plenty of parking spaces. Overall, good experience. This was second time in the hotel and for sure I’ll ask the company to book again here.

  We stayed here quite a few times when it was Linen house as we have family live nearby. This time feeling mixed . The rooms are ok. The staff on the desk not very helpful. We had to re book the hotel through illness my husband asked them if there was any extra charge they said no. We got receipts for 2 rooms saying 0.00. When we arrived the receptionist said we had to pay £53 each room i showed her the receipts and all she kept saying was phone customer services but I have to charge you otherwise you cannot stay so reluctantly paid it. We rand customer services and told them and they didnt want to know so we are so angry that this happened also the hotel restaurant having alterations we were told 10 days before so couldn't booked anywhere else. Which spoiled it as we like to sit in the bar at the end of the day with family. Also they provide cereal and coffee but have you tried carrying these items in a paper bag not ideal hubby asked for a tray and was told just use a bag. Also workmen using the same coffee machines treading dusts all over and having to stand behind them in a queue isnt good.So we are gutted as we wont be staying here anymore it's such a shame we used to like it but it isn't worth the hassle now. All the receptionists used to be so friendly and helpful not anymore. 😪

  The front desk staff was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Asked if we needed dinner recommendations. When I walked by later on they asked if I got my daughter settled okay. Very friendly and polite. The room was nice and clean. The shower is amazing!! Highly recommend

  Restaurant shut which was a pain, but lady on reception was amazing and pointed us to places to eat and drink. Often stay here with work and will definitely keep coming back! Jon
